Hello All!
I have received copies of all the adoption documents relating to Hayley Tarikua and it turns out her birthday is officially June 6th, 2009, not June 21st as I had been initially told. This is not unusual in Ethiopian adoptions, not only because they use a different calendar, but also because culturally, they are not as tied to dates as we are.
So next week, she will be 14 months old. Please continue to hold her in your thoughts and prayers.
